FijiFirst leader officially opens PRB flats in Naqere Savusavu

FIJIFIRST Leader Voreqe Bainimarama commissioned 48 new Public Rental Board housing units in Savusavu this morning.

The project which was funded through a Government grant of $3.9 Million includes 32 one bedroom flats and 16 two bedroom flats.

While delivering his keynote address, our leader said this initiative would assist low income earners to have decent housing.

“This initiative is also aligned to Government’s commitment to the National Development Plan in particular the target of providing affordable and accessible housing to all Fijians,” he said.

“We have taken a holistic approach through providing quality housing that is affordable for all levels of the society.”

We will continue our commitment to provide housing to every Fijian as stated in our National Development Plan.
