 In Education, News

“Visiting our students around the country is the best part of my job as Prime Minister. Making primary and secondary education free in Fiji remains my proudest achievement, and days like today, seeing your school full of students so excited and willing to learn, is another wonderful example of why investment in our students – and in their potential – is so important.” This was highlighted by the FijiFirst Leader Voreqe Bainimarama while officiating at the opening of the new classroom blocks at Vuya District School in Nabouwalu today.

FijiFirst Leader Bainimarama urged students to treat the new classroom blocks and equipment with respect, so that it can serve the school for many years to come. The new classroom blocks were funded by the Office of the Prime Minister and the facility will provide better learning environment for 194 students.
