The opening of a new pre-school classroom by the FijiFirst Leader Voreqe Bainimarama at Galoa Island Primary School in Bua has brought smiles to the eyes of the children on the island.

In an interview with their district representatives Ovini Baleinamau said that this was an incentive that they had been praying for for years.

“We are truly thankful to the Government for the assistance which would ensure that our children have a much improved learning environment,” Mr Baleinamau said.

Students at the school and some of these islanders had the chance to also meet and make requests to our leader during a talanoa session.

FijiFirst is the only Government to ever hold wide-scale talanoa sessions even including youth and children to ensure their voices are heard.
