FIJIFIRST LEADER OPENS LEGAL AID COMMISSION OFFICE IN NABOUWALU, BUA

In Accessibility, Law and Order, News
People living in the North can now access three Legal Aid Commission Offices instead of having to make long trips to Labasa to seek legal help thanks toΒ FijiFirst Leader, Voreqe Bainimarama.
Our leader opened the Nabouwalu Office and continues to take Government services to the most remote places in Fiji, walking the talk, unlike SODELPA and NFPfiji who have failed our people miserably in the past.

Prior to 2007,Β  northerners who sought out services offered by the Legal Aid Commission had to travel all the way to Labasa to access these.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Bainimarama assured members of the public that Government would continue striving to bring services closer to all Fijians.

“We will continue to come to you with the services and infrastructure you need to make life better and to secure an even brighter future,” Bainimarama said.

He urged Fijians to make good use of the services that were being provided in these offices. The offices are in Labasa, Savusavu and Nabouwalu, with plans to open one in Seaqaqa by the end of July. He also opened the new Birth, Death and Marriage Registry office in Nabouwalu.
